What is the standard shipping timeframe for new machines?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Due to the size and weight of our machines, ground shipping usually takes between 5 to 7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Can I use pressureless tennis balls with my Lobster machine?
Yes, we highly recommend using pressureless balls. They maintain their bounce longer than standard pressurized balls and provide more consistent performance and less wear on the machine's internal throwing wheels.
What is your return policy for equipment?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the machine in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Do Lobster Sports machines come with a warranty?
Every new Lobster ball machine comes with a 2-year warranty covering parts and labor against defects in materials and workmanship. Accessories and batteries are typically covered under a separate 6-month limited warranty.

Our machines are shipped with a standard 110V charger for US customers. However, we offer 220V/240V charging options for international orders to ensure compatibility with global power standards.
